Two teams at opposite ends of the division. Lightning catch a break facing the D starter Mantiply, erupt for 5 runs in the 2nd thanks to a Paredes grand slam followed by the Tucker solo HR. Too bad all the runs were unearned. Mantiply coasts from there advancing to an A. Mariners chip away to tie the game at 5-5 sending it to extras where Jose Ramirez hits a walk off in the 10th.

Strahm didn't lose this game. Herz did but his name didn't show up in the name options. This game was all about Eduardo Cabrera who gives up a lead off HR to Ely De La Cruz only to coast from there, advance from a CXW to an A and finish the game pitching the last 8 innings for the win. His only offense was a DeJong 2 run HR after a Ramirez walk. The biggest stat for the game was Cabrera, despite his W, walked 0 while striking out 14.

Yes the bats stayed up in New England as it looked like the Mariners used whiffle ball bats in this series. Amed Rosario is the hero in his only game of the series as he gets all 4 rbi thanks to a bases clearing double in the 5th followed by a single knocking in another in the 7th. Weathers only gives up 1 run on 1 hit in the 6 innings of work he put in. Helsley gets the easy save for the Lightning sweep and pull their way out of the cellar.
