Bryce Miller was sharp for the Wowies despite the loss, going the distance with 12 strikeouts and only one earned run allowed on four hits. Montana came out swinging with two runs in the top of the first. They added two more in the fourth, with Ryan Mcmahon's 2 run homer. The Wowies clawed back in the bottom of the fourth on Heliot Ramos's RBI double. In the sixth, they erupted for three runs—highlighted by Jose Miranda’s two-run double—to tie it at 4–4. The Old Geezers retook the lead in the seventh on a 2-RBI double by Judge, but the Wowies answered right back, tying it up at 6–6 thanks to Vladdy Guerrero’s 2-Run blast into the Maui night. In the bottom of the ninth, with the score still knotted, Donovan led off with a double and came around to score the walk-off run on a sharp single from Jeremy Peña, sealing a 7–6 win.
