In the 3rd inning Corey Seager hit into a 4-4-4-3 Triple Play. I haven't seen that in a long, long time. He made up for it with a HR his next time up. Hoskins and Hilliard also went deep. Luis Ortiz pitched six hitless innings and finished with a three hit shutout.

Tallion only gave up five hits, but four of those were in one inning as NE batters went: HR, 2B, Single-SB, HR before he settled down and knotted the series at one game apiece.

D(C) Joe Mantiply (not listed in drop-down, cut in May) made what is presumably his final appearance for the Mariners in an emergency start. He pitched five innings and gave up just two runs to earn the win. ORL outhit NE six to four, but three of the Mariners hits were homers, including Patrick Wisdom who bashed his 100th home run as a Mariner. After 3 1/2 seasons he is likely going to be a DFA casualty soon - he remains a fan favorite, but the end comes for everyone eventually...
